Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 20, 2026

1. In short

We collect the information needed to broker deals between creators and brands — account details, campaign briefs, and the contact enquiries you send us. We use it to run campaigns, process payments, and keep you informed about your deals. We don't sell your data.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email, account type (creator or brand), and any profile details you add such as audience size, platform links, and rate card.

Campaign data: brief details, agreed creator rate, the 20% fee, payment status, payout status, and transaction records generated when a campaign is paid.

Enquiry data: the name, email, and message you submit through the contact, waitlist, and booking forms.

Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to keep the site secure and working.

3. How we use it

We use your data to match creators with brands, negotiate and paper campaigns, process and reconcile payments, send you confirmation and status notifications, and provide the dashboards and advanced tools included with paid campaigns.

We may also contact you about your campaigns or, with your consent, about new features. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

4. Who we share with

We share the minimum data needed to run a campaign between the matched creator and brand — for example, the brief, agreed rate, and deliverable schedule. Payment data is processed by Paddle as merchant of record under their own privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and campaign records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact form.

7. Security

We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level security on our database. No method is fully secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
