Refund Policy

If a campaign is cancelled before any deliverables begin, DealForge refunds 100% of its 20% brokerage fee within 30 days of the original payment. You don't need to give a reason — just tell us the campaign isn't proceeding and we'll process the refund.

If a campaign is cancelled after work has started, the campaign agreement's kill-fee schedule applies. The creator is paid for work completed up to the cancellation, and DealForge's commission is prorated to the amount actually paid to the creator. Any refund is limited to the unused portion of the brokerage fee.

This refund policy covers DealForge's brokerage fee only. Creator compensation for work already delivered is governed by the campaign agreement and is not refundable to the brand through this policy.

All payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, so refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Paddle. Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

We keep a record of every payment and refund, and you can download receipts and refund records from your dashboard.

To request a refund, contact us through the contact form with the campaign name and the email used for payment. We'll confirm eligibility and process the refund through Paddle.
